Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order that you have placed in PINDAHMAN platform under services including lorry rentals, logistics, moving and transportation with the following condition:

 

Cancellation for Order With E-wallet payment:

 

ORDER NOW :

  1. For “order now” :

    1. Cancellation make within 10 minutes after order accepted – no charge

    2. Cancellation make after 10 minutes after order accepted – 50% of the full order amount will be deducted in the User’s E-wallet

 

SCHEDULED ORDER :

  1. For “Scheduled Order” :

    1. Cancellation makes within 30 minutes after order accepted – no charge will apply.

    2. Cancellation make after 30 minutes after order accepted – a 50% of the full order amount will be deducted from the User’s E-wallet

 

Cancellation Procedure:

 

  1. User confirmed the order via PINDAHMAN with full payment via E-wallet.

  2. Before the Driver Partner depart to pick-up location, the Driver Partner will contact User via In-App Livechat in PINDAHMAN to make confirmation with the User on the order.

  3. Upon User confirmed the order with the Driver Partner, Driver Partner shall depart and proceed to pick-up location.

  4. Cancellation. The User may cancel the order by clicking “Cancel” button. If you cancel your booking after 10 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) after you’ve confirmed your order, you may agree to pay a cancellation fee to continue:

  5. Shall the User make the cancellation within 10 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) after you’ve confirmed your order Cancellation Procedure, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  6. Shall the User make the cancellation after 10 minutes (for Immediate Order) or 30 minutes (for Scheduled Order) after confirmation; there will be a cancellation fee with amount equivalent to 50% of the order worth. The amount will be charged from E-wallet.

 

Cancellation for Order with Cash Payment:

 

ORDER NOW :

  1. For “order now” :

    1. Cancels within 10 minutes after order accepted – no charge

    2. Cancellation makes after 10 minutes after order accepted – 50% of the full order amount will be deducted in the User’s E-wallet.

    3. For all future order, the User will not be eligible to select CASH payment.

    4. The outstanding amount will show in your E-wallet. User will have to settle the outstanding account before proceeding to do next booking.

 

SCHEDULED ORDER :

  1. For “Scheduled order” :

    1. Cancellation makes within 30 minutes after order accepted– no charge

    2. Cancellation makes after 30 minutes after order accepted – 50% of the full order amount will be deducted in the User’s E-wallet.

    3. For all future order, the User will not be eligible to select CASH payment.

    4. The outstanding amount will show in your E-wallet. User will have to settle the outstanding account before proceeding to do next booking.
